Outlook Calendar Access Permissions

From the mailbox owner
1) Go to your Calendar in Outlook
2) Right click on your calendar, then select "Sharing Permissions...."
3) Click "Add..." on the pop up window, find Virginia's name, click on her name, then click OK
4) Now select the "Permissions" for her, then click OK
5)Please tell Virginia that you've done setup.

From, the user getting an access
1) Go to your Calendar in Outlook
2) Click "Add Calendar" in the toolbar, then click "Open Shared Cal....."
3) On the popup, type Kelly's name, then OK
4) You'll now have Kelly's calendar in Outlook
